Here's a quick introduction to our company Taj Innovations and the SABS technology we utilize to build homes with.
Taj Innovations is an extension to Strata International Group in the Southern California market.
The SABS technology is an innovative composite building system that not only offers more affordable housing, but a structure that withstands winds up to 260 mph, an earthquake up to 9.0 on Richter scale and more importantly it is fire resistant! This product is faster to build, more affordable, environment friendly, quiet job site, requires less labor, structures are energy efficient, more durable, the materials are recyclable, build in any climate condition, cheaper insurance, soundproof STC 52+, termite and mold proof. The insulation factor is up to 100 R Value keeping the structure cool in the summertime and warm in the winter time with very little use of heating and cooling.
The SABS building system has undergone rigorous testing and has been certified by the International Code Council. This certification ensures that our system meets the highest industry standards for safety and structural integrity. Consequently, it is accepted by municipalities and building departments nationwide, granting you the confidence and convenience of utilizing our system in various locations.

Financing: We work with a reputable financial institution—The Federal Savings Bank, based in Colorado and licensed in all 50 states—that offers construction financing specifically for projects utilizing this technology. The bank has successfully financed numerous SABS homes and continues to support such developments. Upon issuance of the certificate of occupancy, the construction loan is converted into a standard 30-year mortgage. From that point forward, the home qualifies for conventional financing through any lender, just like any traditional residence.
Technology: This technology is protected under two patents: one for Sabscrete, the proprietary structural coating sourced from Arizona, and another for the engineering system, which is developed in-house by Strata. While any licensed architect can handle the architectural design, the plans must then be converted into the SABS format to meet the requirements for submission to local municipalities. The cost for converting architectural plans into the SABS system is $5.25 per square foot of under-roof area. For clients who prefer a turnkey solution—including both architectural and structural design services—Strata offers a full-service package at $8.25 per square foot of under-roof area.
Monthly Training: We provide comprehensive training for general contractors or homeowners worldwide on utilizing our SABS building system. Our training sessions occur monthly and span three days, offering a foundational level of expertise in working with our materials. Participants gain a thorough understanding of constructing with our product, including hands-on experience in building an 8x8 unit during the class. Training is held at our office in Valencia California.
Our trainings fall on the last Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each month at 28104 Ave Crocker Valencia CA 91355 from 9am to 3pm. We provide breakfast and lunch. All the trainees need to bring with them is a clear mind and be prepared to be amazed. The cost is $5,500 for 3 people and an extra $300 for every extra person.

We are currently in the permitting phase for two homes—each with an attached ADU—in the City of Adelanto. At the same time, we have an active ADU construction project underway in Adelanto that we welcome anyone interested to visit. It’s a great opportunity to see this innovative building system in action. You can also follow the progress of our first ADU, the Juliana 16 Project, by visiting the highlighted stories on our Instagram page.
Additionally, we have several small demonstration units constructed by trainees during our hands-on training program at our office in Valencia, CA. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to tour these units in person. It’s the best way to experience the quality of the system firsthand, and we’d be happy to meet with you to answer any questions you may have.
