Introducing
SABS Building System
SABS™ is an innovative composite building system, protected by multiple patents, which employs Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS) as the core material for all structural elements, including walls, roof, and floor. Instead of relying on additional materials like wood or steel, these components are securely bonded using adhesive. The EPS foam is then coated with Sabscrete; a specialized patented composite mixture comprising sand, cement, glass fiber, and other additives. This unique combination forms a durable building shell that not only ensures reliability but also surpasses the testing protocols and load standards set by the ICC-ES. Using SABS has many qualities such as: faster to build, more affordable, environment friendly, quiet job site, requires less labor, structures are energy efficient, more durable, the materials are recyclable, build in any climate condition, cheaper insurance, soundproof STC 52+, termite and mold proof. The insulation factor is up to 100 R Value keeping the structure cool in the summertime and warm in the winter time with very little use of heating and cooling.

How SABS Works
Step 1: Foam Frame Assembly
SABS relies solely on EPS foam as the primary framing material, eliminating the use of wood, steel, or any other framing materials in its construction. No other materials are present within the walls or utilized during the framing stage except for EPS foam. So basically the foam panels replace framing, drywall and insulation in regular wood built structures. Electrical and plumbing connections get channeled into the foam.
How SABS Works
Step 2: SABS Structural Coating
Following the completion of step 1, step 2 involves applying the SABS structural coating which is the Sabscrete. This coating serves to strengthen the frame to make the structure as a one monolithic unit. This allows the structure to withstand high-magnitude earthquakes (up to 9 on Richter scale), offer fire resistance with a 0% flame spread rating for both the foam and Sabsctrete, and provide resilience against the most severe winds (up to 250 MPH). The coating is uniformly applied to a thickness specified by the patented system on both exterior and interior surfaces, including roofs, ceilings, walls and mid-floors. No foam is left exposed whatsoever.

How SABS Works
Step 3: Apply The Finishes
After finishing step 2, step 3 proceeds like any typical construction process. The structure receives its finishing touches, such as paint, stucco, and the installation of doors, windows, and other elements. Upon completion of SABS construction, there is no apparent distinction between SABS structures and other newly constructed buildings. However, the key difference lies in the unmatched quality of SABS structures, which maintains a low carbon footprint compared to other construction methods, withstand natural disasters, and are extremely energy efficient.
